Logging out of your Yave account on this device also signs you out of the other Yave services you use on it.

How are my requests and photos handled?

Only you and our team see your requests. Notification emails don't include the message, photo location data is removed, and records are anonymized if you delete your account.

Who can see them

Your requests and photos are visible only to you and the Yave Help team. Other people’s requests don’t open even if someone knows the address. Replies come from Yave Help, not from an individual team member.

What goes into emails

Notification emails (confirmations and reply notices) don’t include your message — only the request number and a link, plus the subject in the confirmation. This keeps copies of your request out of mailboxes. Open the link to read it on the request page.

Photos

Location and device details are removed from photos before they’re saved. Photos are shown only after checking access, and they have no public address.

If you delete your Yave account

  • Request records stay with the account, address, and name removed. They help us give better answers to the next person with the same problem.
  • Attached photos are deleted, because personal information inside images can’t be reliably removed.
  • Requests sent by verifying the same email address, and that address’s verification data, are cleaned up too.

Didn't find your answer?

Send us a request and our team will look into it and let you know by email.
