Can I contact you or reply by email?

Email our help address to open a request, and reply to a notification email to continue the same request.

Yes. Send an email to [email protected] and it becomes a new request. Describe the problem in the subject and body.

After you send it

We send a confirmation to the address you wrote from. The link in that email opens the request so you can read and reply without signing in.

Continuing the same request

Reply directly to a notification email (the confirmation or a reply notice) to add to the same request. Please keep two things in mind:

  • Don’t remove the [#number-…] tag from the subject.
  • Reply from the address you first wrote from.

An email without the tag, from a different address, or replying to a closed request isn’t discarded — it becomes a new request.

Quoted earlier messages are trimmed; only what you newly wrote is added to the request.

Attachments and emails we don’t accept

  • Image attachments are added to the request (the same formats as the photo field on the New request page). Other attachments such as documents or archives aren’t saved, and the request notes that.
  • Automatic replies such as out-of-office notices and mailing-list emails don’t become requests. If one address sends a very large number of emails in a short time, some may not be accepted.
  • Because an email’s sender can be forged, we don’t take any account actions based on email alone.
