Can I contact you if I can't sign in or don't have an account?
Yes. Verify the 6-digit code sent to your email address and you can send and view requests without signing in.
Yes. You can contact us even if you can’t sign in to your Yave account or don’t have one.
Verify your email
- On the New request page, enter your address under Continue with email and select Get a code.
- Enter the 6-digit code from the email we send to that address.
- Once verified, you can send requests from that address in this browser and see the requests you sent from it.
Reply notifications go to the verified address. To come back later, verify the same address again or open the link in a notification email.
If the code doesn’t arrive
- Check your spam and promotions folders.
- Make sure the address has no typos.
- Wait a moment and select Resend code. The button shows how long until you can resend.
Good to know
- Requests sent from an account can only be viewed from that account. Verifying the same address won’t show requests sent from the Yave account with that address — verifying an email alone can’t bypass your account’s protection (sign-in and two-step verification).
- A page opened from an email link shows only that one request. Forwarding a notification to someone else won’t open your other requests.
- On a shared device, select Leave at the top of the page when you’re done.
- The help center isn’t an account recovery channel. We can’t transfer an account to someone else or change a password on your behalf through a request.
